Our school's vision is derived from the abbreviation of the school's English name: "Creativity, Superiority, Vision, Sublime." We hope that students can innovate their professional abilities, strive for excellence, broaden their international perspectives, and embrace humanitarian care.

Teachers are dedicated to teaching, each course program group has its own unique features, and both technical and skill-based disciplines are emphasized. It is the top choice for students from south Changhua to attend this industrial vocational school.

Our school has a high winning rate of up to 80% in National Skills Competition. We have participated in creativity training and skills competition for 18 consecutive years. Every year, our school teams have made it to the finals and achieved a top-three position.

The school's administration and curriculum development frequently collaborate with universities and industries, actively adjusting curriculum planning and improving the teaching environment in a dynamic manner. Our goal is to provide students with top-notch learning opportunities and future prospects, catering to both the high-achievers and those who need it.

We emphasize humanities and cultivate a reading culture by establishing excellent library reading spaces and promoting mechanisms that encourage reading. We introduce new books every semester, aiming to create a campus atmosphere of reading and learning.

教師投入教學，科科有特色，技能學科都重視，是南彰化學子就讀工科技職學校首選。

本校參加全國技藝及技能競賽得獎率高達八成；連續18年參加全國技術型高級中等學校學生團隊技術創造力培訓與競賽，年年皆打入決賽，獲得前三名。

學校行政及各科課程發展常與科技大學及產業合作，積極滾動式調整課程規劃及教學環境改善，以能對學生學習及未來出路可拔尖且扶弱為目標。
